It's been a long hot summer and I'm not just speaking of the weather. I've kept my keyboard silent as I've tried to take in and analyze all the events that have taken place. For sure this is going to be an even hotter "fall" - November looms and the Dems are on the run.
President Obama has become a liability for his party, he's alienated his base and independents are leaving him in droves. Any right thinking American knows that Obama is a leftist and yet his leftist cronies don't think he's left enough. His poll numbers are at 42% and the only jobs being created are in the public sector. Massive tax increases are on the horizon, Iran has rods at the ready, new house sales are flat, a Mosque is scheduled for Ground Zero in NYC, states can't pay their civil workers and the gulf region has been decimated.
Can you say CATASTROPHE!? In a year and half we've been thrown into chaos but people, you must be analytical about this. The goal of this adminsitration has been to create chaos. The worse things are the more empty headed folks think they need government. Sadly, government mostly created the mess. They are printing money at a record pace, doling out tons of it, not to small business and folks who are losing their homes, but to unions who will give it back by way of campaign contibutions.
People are finally catching on to the ploy. Unemployment is at far higher than the government's accounting of 9.5%. The reality is more like 15 or 16%.
Ethics charges abound...and Pelosi was going to clean out the swamp! Well it just might happen but no thanks to her. Rangel and Waters are under the microscope, they'll no doubt pull the race card but no one raises an eyebrow to that anymore.
The Blago trial is a farce ...Chicago politics is a breed of its own. Folks have had it with the ruling class, it's time to clean house.
