Pride Goeth before a Fall by Dr. T
Folks like us who understand the principles our country was founded on, and understand the sacrifices the founders made on our behalf are outraged by the blatant disregard of this administration.
The Tarp, the stimulus, and the bailouts have been a sham. Promises made have not been promises kept. Unemployment is at 9.4%, ,credit is still tight and we are trillions of dollars in debt. This is of course just the tip of the iceberg as the President intends to ram nationalized health care down our throats to the tune of two trillion more. And perhaps someone can explain why it would take 10 years to get the supposed 47 million uninsured on a plan? It is mind boggling that anyone with a brain larger than Joe Biden’s could actually be in favor of yet another federally run program. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are bankrupt, that’s how well the government has been handling them. But the sheep follow when the proverbial carrot is dangled, willing to sacrifice their liberty for so called security.
Speaking of security seems our national security is on shaky ground. This President actually believes that his words can affect citizens of the world. “Pride goeth before a fall” and this President is full of a pride that can peril our country. Iran, China, North Korea, Russia, Afghanistan and Iraq are our enemies and while they may not be terribly fond of one another, they would be more than happy to work together to bring us and our allies down. So while President Obama makes speeches and credits himself for uniting the world, our enemies are smiling and plotting.
